How it works

Only three steps to start

Most families begin therapy two to four weeks after authorization. We carry the paperwork.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your child

Call, WhatsApp or fill in the form. No diagnoses or medical details, just how to reach you and which plan you have.

  2. 02

    Assessment and authorization

A BCBA completes the Vineland-3, BASC-3 and functional assessment and submits the plan to your insurer. We chase the approval.

  3. 03

    Therapy begins

A Registered Behavior Technician works with your child at home or at school, supervised by the BCBA, with caregiver training built in.

Florida CMS Health Plan · October 1, 2026

Beaton Care is in-network with the full Molina line. We explain what changes and what stays the same, in English or Spanish.

FAQ

Questions parents ask

See all
What do I need before ABA can start with Florida Medicaid?

A comprehensive diagnostic evaluation by a licensed practitioner and a referral or order from your child’s doctor. We complete the Vineland-3, BASC-3 and functional assessment, then submit the plan for authorization.

How fast can we start?

We respond within one business day, schedule the assessment within about a week, and most families begin therapy two to four weeks after authorization.

Do you offer therapy in Spanish?

Yes. Our BCBAs and many of our RBTs are bilingual, and caregiver training is delivered in the family’s language.
